Seyfo Center's Survey Results of Assyrian Community in Arizona

Seyfo Center conducted a state wide survey and analysis of the Assyrian community in Arizona and the data is now published.

As you may know, our Assyrian community in Arizona is growing rapidly. The statistics of this primarily immigrant population have remained unexplored, until now. It gives us great pleasure to inform you that the results of our 2-year study are now available here. This survey is unique in that it covers a wide array of information that has never been published before. It takes a close look at the Assyrian Arizonians, their historical background, statistics, demographics and their quest for a genocide monument in Phoenix.

The authors would like to sincerely thank the following for making this monumental task possible:

Assyrian American National Federation

Hannibal Travis, JD Professor of Law, Florida International University

Jahn Khidan

Saint George Ancient Church of the East (Glendale, AZ) and its youth committee

Saint Joseph Assyrian Church of the East (Gilbert, AZ) and its youth committee

Saint Peter Assyrian Church of the East (Glendale, AZ) and its youth committee
