Conflict Prevention and the Protection of the Human Rights of Minorities

It is the Africa-Middle East Regional Forum on “Conflict Prevention and the Protection of the Human Rights of Minorities” that will be held virtually on June 15 and 16, 2021. It is a great idea that was recently started by the special rapporteur on minority issues, where indigenous and minority communities can have greater and dedicated space to the regional issues than the one we have in the UN Geneva forum every year.
This is a great opportunity for our community, and its importance to highlight the situation of our people in the Middle East.

The registration deadline is Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
The main language of the forum is English, however, interpretation will be provided in Arabic, French, and Portuguese.
