Genocide Awareness Week at Scottsdale Community College

It was our distinct honor and pleasure to work with SEYFO Center and the Assyrian Student Association of Arizona in sponsoring an educational lecture by Prof. Hanibal Travis at North America's largest annual #genocide symposium at Scottsdale Community College. This virtual event was held on Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 at 10:30am MST and Professor Travis’ talk was about the EXODUS FROM UPPER MESOPOTAMIA: THE ASSYRIAN GENOCIDE, 1915 TO 2015.

We would like to thank Professor Hannibal Travis for his lecture and also thank Scottsdale Community College’s 9th Annual Genocide Awareness Week for their hard work on the presentations.

We are thrilled to announce that the 10th Anniversary of Genocide Awareness Week will be held at Arizona State University in partnership with the University of Arizona, and Northern Arizona University in April 2022!

If you attended this year’s lecture, we would love to get your feedback. Fill out the feedback survey here.
