December Street Cleanup

Once a quarter we get together to host a street cleanup on Bell Rd. from 51st Ave. to 59th Ave. The area is a mile long and we receive up to 7-9 volunteers each time that help with the cleanup.

This is an important task as we had adopted Bell Rd. from 51st Ave to 59th Ave. and it promotes our greater Assyrian community giving back locally to the city of Glendale, AZ. It also gives us more exposure and keeps the environment clean.

This street cleanup we collected 7 bags of trash from along the sidewalk and street. We want to thank all the volunteers that take time out of their Saturday morning to help us with this community service each time.
